Shipping within Singapore
Shipping is FOC for purchases above $100. We charge $0.50 per bag and $2.24 for registered mail. All deliveries will be done by Sing Post under registered mail. Generally, you will get your purchases 1-3 days from date of payment. If any unforeseen delay, I will update you. We are sorry to inform that we do not ship internationally.
Packaging
Our objective is to use just enough packaging, and where possible, to recycle packaging. The more our resources are re-used the less waste we are generating. But if you are getting for someone special and really need to get it gift-wrapped, let me know and I’ll try to do something about it.

Payment for all online sales is by interbank transfer to DBS only. Orders are subject to payment verification and acceptance before they are shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
Our products are designed with great care and we hope you are pleased with them. However if for any reason you are not, please return them unused and in the original packaging with labels attached within 7 days and we will refund or exchange them for you.
